We just finished a large home remodel project and I need to tell you what an amazing contractor we have. I say 'have' because there are a couple more small projects to finish up next month and frankly, when you find people this good at their craft and customer service, your 'someday' project list becomes a reality. We chose Eastside Property Solutions because of their reasonable estimate and their reputation. Mike Carmona and his team are highly involved in our community and I honestly can't believe I hadn't met them before. We moved our laundry upstairs, constructed a new laundry room, opened up and redesigned the entire kitchen, remodeled our bathrooms and floors. This was a complex project, but it ran very smoothly with Mike's management. All of his employees are wonderful to work with and clearly enjoy their craft. They are exceptional at everything they do!

I met Mike at a Duvall Chamber meeting and hired him to turn our attached garage into a heated living space with bathroom. His crew brought the floor up 3', installed a new window where the overhead garage door was, installed interior wall for the bathroom, re-configured the back to re-locate the exterior door, insulation & dry wall, etc. Every day, no matter what the task, they left the room clean and the washer/dryer in position every Friday so I could do laundry on the weekend. Their prices are fair and the workmanship stellar. We highly recommend EPS and I'm looking forward to having them remodel our main bath in the next year or so.

Mike always responds quickly. In the planning stage he gave me a few tips about brands and vendors I should look at to get the quality I wanted within a reasonable budget allowing me to be my own designer. Kyle, EPS’s main carpenter was great to work with. A couple of my requests required a little more work to accomplish but his attention to detail made the finished project look and function just as I envisioned. It can take a little time to get on the schedule but was well worth the wait.

Truly a solid contractor who has experience in all phases of residential construction from the foundation all the way up to the roof including everything in between rough framing to the final finish carpentry. Eastside Property Solutions is a one stop shop who is not going to send just an employee to manage your project. When you can find a company like this where the owner is actually performing the work then you are going to truly get what you pay for as all finish touches are nailed with pride and perfection.
